Raspberry Sauce
This raspberry sauce is wonderful over everything â cheesecake, pound cake, ice cream.
Servings: 8
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients: ⢠2 cups raspberries â fresh is best, but you can use frozen
⢠1/3 cup sugar
⢠1 Tbsp. lemon juice
⢠2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1.Combine the raspberries, lemon juice, and sugar in a small pan.
2.Stir the cornstarch into a cup of water and add to the raspberries.
3.Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes while stirring. The sauce will thicken.
4.Place the sauce in a food processor and blend to a smooth consistency.
5.Refrigerate the sauce until you use it. It can be served either cold or warm.
